Legendary Classic Cars was born and is operated by people who have a real passion for cars. Owner Jesse Montes has been tinkering with cars since he was a teenager. “As a kid, I had a good friend whose dad owned a body shop,” says Jesse. “He gave me a job as a porter. I washed and detailed cars for him. He could see my interest…and soon I was allowed to do the touch-up paint on the older cars in the shop. Then I started working on the engines…and my future just took off from there!”

Now operating his own shop and specializing in classic car restoration, Jesse is a stickler for perfection. “Here at my shop,” says Jesse, “everyone is passionate about classic cars, collector cars, hot rods, antique cars and muscle cars. When you leave your car with us, the work is done correctly and on time. We have a good relationship with a local appraisal company, so we offer full auto appraisals as one of our services. We are taking this business to the next level and our customer’s satisfaction is our highest priority. From a simple tune up to returning a car to its original factory color, we specialize in fulfilling the dreams of our customers.”

Jesse knows every classic car has a story…and the ending isn’t written until he and his team get to work. The red car in the photo is owned by Former Fulshear Mayor Jamie Roberts. “That car was once a movie prop,” says Jesse, “and it was owned by actor James Cagney. Together with Jamie, I’ve worked off and on on it for twelve years…ensuring each aspect of the car is fully restored to perfection. We are here to help you take your dream out on the open road!”
