Tradicao Brazilian Steakhouse is celebrating the opening of new bar concept, Porto a fine liquor lounge. Plans to be next southwest Houston hot spot for happy hour patrons.

Southwest Houston- Tradicao Brazilian Steakhouse in Southwest Houston is pleased to announce the grand opening for Porto, a Fine Liquor Lounge. The opening will be January 23, 2013 starting at 4:30 pm. The business is located in Southwest Houston; 12000 Southwest Freeway. Guests will receive complimentary Brazilian cheese bread, appetizer samples, bar and drink specials and live Bossa Nova music until closing. The new bar concept will highlight the happy hour the restaurant will be hosting Monday-Fridays from 5 pm to 7pm.

Ledersan Erdmann,the new manager and sommelier who has experience from Fogo de Chao, Perry’s Steakhouse and Guri do Sul, plans to have a happy hour that attracts local patrons who enjoy socializing, good drinks and good food. Porto Lounge’s grand opening will highlight the new happy hour prices which include $4.50-$6 caipirinhas and specialty martinis. The lounge is also launching a sophisticated bar menu with Brazilian snacks and even a delicious carpaccio made with truffle oil, parmesan and wild arugula. The bar also features art from local Fort Bend artists.

Tradicao Brazilian Steakhouse is a local fine dining restaurant that has a passion for serving delicious food, provide great service and loving their customers. The Porto Lounge will be open 7 days a week for dinner and will be serving happy hour Monday-Fridays from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
