When Tom and Denisa Ballard were ready to put a pool, deck and spa in the backyard of their home, they wanted to make sure they picked the right company to do the job. “We ended up getting four bids,” says Tom, “and one was from Bratton Pools, referred by my neighbor. Mike Bratton’s bid won out for a variety of reasons. The bid was competitive while including top quality products, and Mike did an extremely good job of explaining the pool and all of the amenities available. And I just trusted him immediately.”

With the bid in hand, Bratton Pools began construction at Tom and Denisa’s home. “The only part of the process that wasn’t smooth was the weather,” says Tom. “We got a lot of rain during the construction. That’s the kind of glitch no one could control, but Mike handled it perfectly. If he said a crew was going to be here, they were here. I always knew what was going on. The project took longer because of the weather…but in the end we had exactly what was promised! We even added a few upgrades along the way, and Mike was very fair in pricing those out for us.”

“Our backyard is beautiful and the construction is top notch,” says Tom. “I could give a recommendation based on that alone. But what makes Mike stand out for me is his responsiveness and follow up after construction is completed. I called Mike several times because ‘something wasn’t working.’ Each time the ‘problem’ ended up being user error. In one instance I called on a Saturday and Mike actually came out to my house to take a look at what I was talking about! How many companies have that kind of follow-through after a project is completed and the customer has already paid? Bratton Pools delivered responsive service above and beyond anything I expected!”
