Nittasha A. Naidu has been in the HR industry for two decades. She built Elsun MedStaff & HR Consulting from the ground up, starting with offering expert healthcare staffing and HR consulting solutions.
“While consulting, I noticed a massive, often overlooked gap in how companies handle international talent. Logistics get them here, but culture is what keeps them here.” says Nittasha, CEO of the company. “Our Bridgeway Group specializes in Cross-Cultural Training and Destination Services (DSPs). We help internationally relocating professionals and their families navigate the ‘unwritten rules’ of moving to America, from corporate workplace etiquette to local school systems and daily social norms.”

Nittasha further explains that 40% of early assignment exits are due to cultural friction and $1.25M is the estimated cost of a failed international hire.
“Our mission is simple: bridging the gap between moving and thriving,” Nittasha says. “We help HR leaders and corporations protect their talent investment, while also helping the relocating families feel at home in our country.”

Nittasha grew up right here in Fort Bend County … Sugar Land to be specific. Raised with an entrepreneurial spirit, Nittasha used her background and elite professional pedigree, including a Master’s in Healthcare Human Resources and almost two decades of industry experience, to create her own company.
Nittasha loves having her home base in Sugar Land, even while serving hospitals and clinics from New York to California, and multiple locations in between. Elsun finds the best employees for the job and helps employers retain those employees for a longer time period.
