Teri’s communication is great. I always knew when they’d be here working and exactly what they were working on. She was very detail-oriented—both Teri and her foreman, Christian, would come frequently to evaluate the progress and were very adamant that all of the details be addressed. They made sure everything was just perfect. I love everything, but the tub is my favorite part. It feels very clean and elegant.

We enlarged the shower and replaced the old jacuzzi tub with a big, rectangular soaking tub. In the shower, I finally got my bench I’ve wanted for 40-something years! That bench is probably my favorite part of the bathroom. Teri’s team was great. Her crew was all very neat and they stuck to the deadline. Her communication was fantastic and we didn’t have any surprises. The knowledge she brought to the project was so appreciated. The three hours of interior design services really helped—it gave me someone to bounce ideas off of.

We just had a good feeling about Teri when we met her—we just got one quote and it was from Teri. I’m very happy with the new fireplace mantle and tile. It’s a calming centerpiece to anchor the living room. Teri and her team were very hard working and professional. The foreman, Christian, is amazing. They even covered everything with plastic and brought in a commercial vent to minimize the dust in the house, for which I was very thankful. Everything went very smoothly.

You don’t use someone three times and not like what they do. Teri’s crew is really great. They’re craftsmen. They are really thoughtful about how they do their job. They want to be sure it’s right the first time. We had a text string with all of us on it and Teri would make sure you understood what her team needed to do and why. Everyone was always on the same page. — Calvin & France in Sugar Land
