Lifelong dancer and ballet major Rachel Hosea founded Reformed Body Studio– the premier Barre and Pilates studio right here in Sugar Land–with visions of helping everyone in your family reach their fitness goals…no matter their fitness level. And the high-energy, low-impact classes–the same workout loved by celebrities, dancers, and professional athletes–have enjoyed astounding success! But what Rachel didn’t see coming was that the studio would become a family business.

Rachel says, “As the studio grew, I was realizing I would need help. My sister, Sarah, just graduated from Texas A&M. Like me, she grew up in dance and musical theatre, as a born performer. Her dream was to teach high school history. But since I really needed the help, after her graduation she came to the studio…and she is the perfect fit!”

Today, you can find Sarah on the schedule teaching classes just like her older sister. Rachel says, “I created my own training manual and personally train all of the teachers at Reformed Body Studio. Every class combines elements of ballet, yoga, and Pilates in one invigorating, sustainable workout. I was so excited to see Sarah go through the training program–I’ve known for years that she is a beautiful, strong, graceful dancer–and now she is a fabulous teacher!”

Rachel and Sarah grew up in Sugar Land and love having the opportunity to share their passion for dance and fitness with their hometown.
