Whether you’re buying your first home or “moving on up”, the process involves lots of factors. Which community, what school, what’s on the horizon for the area? Realtor Paula Rucky has seen it all. In the business since 1984, she’s spent the last 25 years watching and helping the Katy area grow and evolve. “I moved my family here to be in Katy ISD,” says Paula, “and now it’s my home…where I work and where I play.”
Paula works with buyers and sellers in Katy, West Houston, Cinco Ranch, Grand Lakes, Seven Meadows, and Sugar Land. But what’s on the horizon? “Fulshear!” says Paula. “If you haven’t been out that way lately, I encourage you to take a look. Cross Creek Ranch and the established Weston Lakes are fabulous neighborhoods. Custom homes are available in Fulbrook and new tract homes in Fulshear Creek Crossing. And of course with expansion comes restaurants and retail. Fulshear falls in both Katy ISD and Lamar Consolidated ISD. We all know the accolades of KISD, and with new schools on the horizon in the Fulshear area for LCISD, there’s truly lots of great opportunities for children!”
For over 15 consecutive years, Paula has been named a “Top Producer” and the title of #1 Listing Agent was earned in the year of 2013 for Listing Sales. She has been awarded the Five Star Real Estate Agent Award from Five Star Professional Research each of the last four years. But Paula’s love for the community really shines through her philanthropy. A mentor in KISD and an honorary lifetime member of the Texas PTA, Paula smiles as she says, “I’ve logged 1000’s of hours in our schools.” She also regularly volunteers at the Ballard House, Krause Children’s Center and Willow River Farms.
It’s in Paula’s nature to bring joy to others. She says, “When I’m not busy, I wonder what I’m missing. I love that my work allows me to live such a full life! Contact me anytime…I would love to chat with you about the latest real estate activities, answer any of your questions, and help make your family’s dreams of a new home come true!”
