It turned out the product had been discontinued. Damien brought similar samples to my house so that we could pick out a new floor quickly. He really followed through…that is great customer service. You just don’t find that kind of attention to detail and caring at those big chain stores!”

After the new floor was selected, ordered, and arrived, it was installed by All About Carpet’s hardwood installation expert. Cindy couldn’t be more pleased! She says, “The installer was meticulous about his work, neat and he kept the work area clean. And the end result is just beautiful! This family and everyone that works for them are so friendly and easy to deal with. And the work is fabulous! I will personally be using them again and I never hesitate to recommend them to friends and customers!”
